Heinz-Peter Verspay is a chartered accountant and both an accredited commercial law specialist and an accredited company law specialist as well as being an accredited tax law specialist.

He works in company law, in particular in stock corporation law and LLC law, on rights of the SE and matters pertaining to the German Transformation Act. Furthermore, he advises on company acquisitions and works in the area of contest of debtor’s  transactions in insolvency proceedings.
