Loss events cost money. Legal and contractual regulations standardise who is liable for the costs arising as result of these.
It is similar for particular events or personal circumstances for which an insurer promises services.
In cases where an injured party claims on his or her liability insurance, we are able to assist with advice and, if necessary, will contact the insurer who provided your professional or business liability insurance to allow for appropriate processing of the claim pertaining to the damage or loss event (e. g. to defend against unjustified claims by third parties).
In particular, we will assist you in matters related to insurance law. The aim here is to check the validity of your claim and determine the sum of your contractual entitlement on the basis of the terms and conditions stipulated in your policy, to object to breaches of obligation and, last but not least, to uncover bogus insurance claims. We work on cases pertaining to both personal and property insurance. Problems of coverage in third-party insurance are also part of our know-how.
We represent your interests and enforce your compensation claims both out of court and in court.
